1. Products & health disclaimer

Tone is a dietary supplement. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Our products are intended for adults 18 and over.

2. Pre-orders & shipping

Some products are sold as pre-orders. Payment for a pre-order is collected at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping windows (currently approximately 8–10 weeks for the founding batch) are estimates, not guarantees. We'll notify you by email if timelines change, and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

3. Subscriptions & billing

If you start a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date from your account or by contacting us. Founding-member pricing, where offered, applies for as long as the subscription remains active.

4. Pricing & orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Refunds & returns

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee.

6. Use of the site

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, copy, or disrupt it. All content, branding, and product information is the property of Vagus Sleep and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vagus Sleep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
