30-Night Money-Back Guarantee

Take Tone nightly for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. If your evenings aren't calmer, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price — even if the bottle is empty. You keep any free guide included with your order.

How to request a refund

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the email used at checkout. We'll confirm your refund and, where applicable, provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Pre-orders

Tone is currently sold as a pre-order, with the founding batch shipping approximately 8–10 weeks after purchase. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships — just contact us.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your account or by contacting us. Charges already processed for a shipped order are covered by the 30-night guarantee above.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
