Tone is a melatonin-free sleep supplement for people whose bodies are exhausted but whose minds won't switch off. Four clinically studied ingredients — magnesium bisglycinate, ashwagandha, L-theanine, and saffron — each at the dose the research actually used. Two capsules, 30–60 minutes before bed. Sixty capsules per bottle: a full 30-night supply.

Why we're called “Vagus”
Real sleep doesn't start in your head. It starts in your nervous system.
Your vagus nerve is the longest nerve of your parasympathetic nervous system — the “rest and digest” branch that runs from your brainstem down to your heart and gut. It's the switch that pulls your body out of “fight or flight” and into the calm, settled state that has to come before sleep is even possible.
Most sleep aids skip that step and simply sedate you. We named the brand Vagus Sleep because we believe the better path is to help your body do what it's built to do — slow the heart rate, ease the stress response, quiet the racing mind — so sleep arrives on its own. Every ingredient in Tone is chosen to support that natural wind-down, not force it.
